I don't mind if you are available otherwise miguelsz will jump in. You don't need to casualize the names either, which saves great amount of time. People don't mind the original format as we can see...

I wouldn't dare to suggest so... You could alternate... if he is busy you typeset, if you are busy he typesets. At least that what I see as useful. I can resume on full speed as well... (if you saw the translation section: I did a whole volume in just one weekend, but it was stalled for like 5 month...

Oh, I like it! It looks clean and you put the massive text load well into the small bubbles.
The chosen font is quite right as well.
